Michelle works with adults and teens. She provides therapy for issues including Anxiety, Depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Grief, Chronic Pain and Illness, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and concepts from Dialectic Behavioral Therapy. She engages in various techniques when working with those with trauma concerns that can include inner child work as well as exposure therapy. Michelle allows her clients to feel heard without judgment, along with helping them feel validated where they are in life, and taking a pace that feels comfortable to her clients.
